I ordered Singer Sewing Machine Multistich on 16th Mar 2014 from Homeshop18. There were freebies available with this product(Singer Dry Iron). Product delivered to me without Freebies and when I am contacting them they are saying it will be delivered and also harshing me everyday. Now they are giving me courier tracking id from last one week which is not traceble.My product order no is Order 941266661 and courier id which they are giving is Trackon Courier, Tracking ID-389305370

My Freebies along with maximum penalty from which they will learn a lesson to not to harsh customer.
