Videocon D2H – poor installation shifting new address

I have Videocon D2h connection and my id is 24539678, On change of address I requested the customer care to send a engineer for installation of D2h . They came and installed the D2h but they did not drill the border of door saying that they do not have the wooden bit and asked me to get it done by a carpenter and charged me the installation charges Rs 250 and Rs 254 for wires, when i contacted customer care they took the complaint twice but of no use. The engineer never turned up to fix. Whenever I called the customer care they replied we cannot escalate the level of complaint and further by today 1800 hrs the engineer will come and fix but that today has never come.It s almost 10 days now.

I want either the work done by Videocon D2h at the earliest or pay me Rs 500 in lieu of installation charges and the mental agony I have gone through.Further action to be taken against the brands bangalore nodal head who is not looking after customers interest.
