Actually I was transferred from sangareddy to kurnool so I engaged Agarwal Packers & Movers for shifting of my house. That have promised that their boys will come by 11 am to sangareddy but they did not come I have called almost 20 times to different members at final they came at 10.30 pm. Even delivery was promise at 12 noon now till 1.30 it did not happen

Proper action need to be taken and penalty has to be levied for false promises
