I called a number +44 7466 367246. This is a Lyca mobile number in UK. I was charged Rs 14.50 for my call which lasted for 58 sec on 16th or 17th of April. I was again charged Rs. 29.25 on 23rd of April. I called 198.Most of the time they say that all the customer care executives are busy and disconnect the call, which itself is not proper accountability.
I have mailed DOCOMO Customer care thrice but no action has been taken. The pack of Rs. 29 is active for 1 month and already 8 days have passed and I have not been able to avail its use. Rs. 44 has been charged from my account for calling a UK mobile number. They are wrongly telling me that the given number is a land line. I had to go to a Cyber Cafe to mail them thrice about this which cost me Rs 30 for operating internet apart from the conveyance costs. Besides I have been calling the customer care since 8 days and have been mentally harassed by the service of TATA DOCOMO.
I want that the amount of Rs. 44 and Rs. 29 should be immediately credited in my account. I want that they should pay me with a compensation of Rs. 1,00,000 as I had to call my friend and ask him to disconnect after 2 or 3 seconds to check whether the pack is active or not which was very embarrassing.
