Filed service request over 9 days ago as AC malfunctioned. Repeatedly had to call the service technicians and ignorant customer care to schedule a visit. Paid for the service 6 days ago. Still the issue not fixed. Sent 9 mails to the official Koryo email id with not a single response. Extremely frustrated. Lost office hours and important work because of Koryo.
