Hi, I bought a Hitachi AC on 27th Apr 2014 from Patra Electronics, after three days (30th Apr. 2014),the technicians from Hitachi came to my place and installed the AC at my home. During the installation the technicians identiefied there was fault in the indoor part.So the AC is not working. We complained at the dealer and also with the distributor none is listening to us.Please help us on the same .Please let me know if any supporting doscument is required with this complain I will submit all the details.
I want to replace the unit with new one as I have nt yet switched on the AC.
