I had taken an internet connection from Tikona digital network on 26 August 2013. I had taken an advance postpaid connection and already paid total fees for the 6 month plan named ‘ADULH512K’. DURING THE ENTIRE tenure of the plan I was not informed that the billing cycle of this company ends on 15th of every month. This despite my communication to them well in advance i.e. Jan 21 2014, that I do not to renew my connection once it expires and asked them how do I do it. As I was told during the day of taking the connection that it was a 6 month plan, it would end on 25th Feb 2014. Due to which I used the internet connection on 16th Feb 2014 too.

I just want that the repeated threats from Tikona in the form of mails titled ‘Demand notice’ stop immediately which incite legal action for what they claim is non payment of bill. I just want this case to be an example how these private firms want to extort money by any means from the innocent people of our country. Attached is the bill of the advance payment being made.
