Repeated failure to repair cooling problem in my Samsung fridge. The service provider, a Samsung Franchisee, has been sending different service engineers to repair. Each one comes up with different solutions – with the objective of making us pay more….for more visits and replacements. The cooling problem persists, and we are severely harassed. A number of complaints have been filed by us at the Samsung helpline nos….but no solution has been arrived at.

1. Immediate repairs 2. Refund of repair payments made so far 3. Strong reprimand / cancellation of franchisee of Raj Air Conditioning Co. by Samsung
