Purchased pizza on 01.05.2014 at the above said outlet. they have charged service tax @ 4.944% and VAT @ 14.5% for the same product. they have not given any service to me provided i have pizza from the outlet. Asked about this the counter staff not at all responded.

They are charging two types of taxes for single product. this is clear cut case of cheating to the customer. Probably they have collected huge some from across india,Asked about this i myself got insulted in the counter.

They have to refund the amount collected from myself. unconditional apology to be displayed in the outlet. Compensation for the harassment
