Please find the attachment for the aircel post paid bill for month of Apr-14 which is my first month bill. I have been charged extra for Rs. 99 for VAS downloads which I have not activated or I didn’t receive any confirmation for such activation. When I receive by bill, I am shocked to see extra Rs. 99 which has been charged for VAS downloads. I have raised complaint regarding same (comp.no :- 1-15582687031) but no proper response.

I will not pay for the service which I have not used and not aware off the service being activated. I will pay only the remaining amount.
