I had purchased online shopping in the month of Nov,13 by telecall from the shopcherries.com Ms. kusam said that the amount would be converted into EMI of Rs. 2500/- since than long followup there was no feedback from the said brand. my mail to the concerned persons attached.

Non converting the EMI of Rs. 2500/- since last eight months ( Nov 13) had to pay the penalties to the HDFC Credit card . Also requested to the HDFC Bank Credit card dept was unable to help in this matter.

Refund the money
