ShopClues.com – non-delivery of product poor service

Order No: 11617163. Have purchased the product on 1st March 2014. I have not received it yet even after 75 days. I have mail confirmation from the seller that the product has not reached me and that it is shipped back to their own address. I am claiming for a refund, which the seller is not giving. The seller says that the product has to reach them and only then they will give me refund, which I feel is baseless. How am I bothered if the product reaches them back or not. As I have not received the product, I want my full refund back of Rs. 20,543 (including shipping)

Product Value: Rs. 20,543 Paid by credit card. So interest at 24% per annum, which results to Rs. 1,027. Phone Calls – Rs. 100 Opportunity loss of time and mental harassment – Rs. 10,000
