I Have Applied for BSNL Landline connection and have paid Rs.1000(proof-reciept) & Rs.2250 For Data Modem Plan for registration as soon as possible..

But I Had been redirected to such DSA And Had Been Badly Affected. Since I Haven’t Got Refund for non.registration till Date. I Have Only Received a Data Modem without Bill Which Was supplied by the DSA Agent.

I Would Like to get Refund In Full Amount(RS.3250) Recieved BY The DSA agent. or a refund Of atleast Rs.3000 Having the Data Modem In Hand. Im Ready to return The data modem If full amount is refunded by the fraud agent.
