I called dell about because my touch screen its not working properly .I ask for an callback because I work from 9 to 6.But later dell technical advisory say my laptop its not a touch screen where in was mental harassment by above mention people.The false information given to me I warned the advisory more than twice reason because I have all original bill with me .Service Request Number 893887xxx

I wan system replaced because its not working upto the mark for what i have paid .I already complaint about alot of issue but dell is least bother about it.
