Dear sir/mam, I had purchased new mobile with which I got a 1gb 3g free internet scheme simultaneously I called up customer care to inquire about available internet plan where he didn”t inform me about the scheme and advise me to take 199rs unlimited internet plan for 1month as advised i have activated 199 Rs plan. Now where the problem occurred is, when i have already activated 199 plan and yet they have deducted 40rs from my main balance and when i called up to inquire, customer care executive spoke to me very rudely and thereafter when i have checked my internet scheme my 199 plane was even not working. In total, they had deduct 199 rs + 40 rs of gprs charges from main balance, around 250rs, and The 199rs plan is also deactivated. Now, they are not refunding me the money.
