Sir, on 12 may 2014 i was booked bus ticket from makemytrip.com .booking ids are nu270129 56255634 and nu270129 56255858 with total amount Rs.7400 has not been refund for the cancellation against bus ticket.

They committed to refund on 19 may 2014. But still the are not refund at all. On their website i have registered a complaint against this but nobody respond to me. Sir, i need my money back in my bank account.

I demand RS. 1 LAKH compensation against the same.
