Reliance Tele – Faulty Excess of Bill – Review

I have paid an advance for 6 months in the August, 2013. However, my data card was disconnected in February, long before the due date, asking me to pay the bill of January. I have been constantly complaining in customer care since then, but all in vain! Now, after 3 months, they have started calling me up, forcing me to pay the bill! Every time, I have to explain the whole scenario from the start. They tell me they will get back to me. again, another person from customer care calls me up threatening me to pay the bill! I again have to explain to them the whole scenario that its they who have to give me the due amount. But again a different person calls up with the same threat! today i received a letter from their lawyer who asks me to pay the due with interest otherwise they will move me to the court under various allegations. I am extremely tired & frustrated now.. Pl help.. My data card no is 9321150xxx

Loss of around 750 in cash+ misc. expenses. Data card shut off by the company leading to a lot of unexplained losses for the past 100 days.
