SIR/MADAM, I buy a set of this company A-92,on 21/9/2013.set is on warranty period but we have facing some problems last few months from the mobile set is hang from last 2-3 months,but last 20 days camera is not working,we submit the mobile in service center on 3/4/2014 at M/S RAPID COMMUNICATION(VIKAS PURI),WZ-1 GANESH NAGAR,OPP. METRO PILLAR NO-535,NEW DELHI-110018. vied job sheet no.-R1404FDLI9004604. After one day we receive a call from service center and said the fault is major so we cannot find the fault here and send the mobile set at our head office, today i am gone again your service center but they are not given response and said mobile is giving back to you after 10-15days,we are also made a call in service center but customer care executive MR. SAHIL is pick the ph. they have no manners to treat our customers they did not rectify my complaint and cut the ph.un-necessary. In today’s life phone is our basic need.
