This mail is regarding order no.1201275588 I have placed an order on 11th may 2014 from the website (www.lenskart.com)but till 27th may 2014 i haven’t received the product, after inquiring from their customer care executive i got to know nothing about my product It hardly takes 2-3 days to get a eye glass from a nearby shop and these people are taking approx. 15 days or more for the same. I have been very disappointed from this purchase and the time they were giving were approx 10-12 days for delivery. Kindly look into this matter Thanking you Shrenuj Jalan
