We purchased wall clock from homeneedsonline.com Reference number – ORD1406081616( wall clock detail as mentioned on website – Aapno Rajasthan Gold Painted Lord Ganesh Wall Clock MAR1101)(Price -Rs. 2695). When we open the product it was damaged at various place. Since it is a show-piece and we bought it to put in our drawing room, we will not like to use it with these defects. We tried to call but contact number given is not reachable, we sent email to the website on 18th June’2014, but no response so far. We used on-line chatting option, We were told that they will contact us, but no one contact us.

1. Replacement of product at the earliest possible along with fine. 2. Or return of complete money with additional fine for wasting our time.
