i have purchased one car stereo system of sony on 25.02.14 from the car junction, bank more, dhanbad. the system had some issues relating to sound. the set was deposited on 24.05.2014 at the service centre vide job card no 7205225. the set was delivered to us on 27.05.14 stating that some parts had manufacturing defects and were replaced but the same problem continued. we again deposited the set on 27.05.14 itself. till date the service centre has not responded to us satisfactorily. the service centre called us on 21.05.14 for delivery. on 21.05.14 it was found that the set encountered a new problem of display. display disappears after every few minutes and comes again after pressing any button. the problem of sound is still present to some extent. the set was again deposited to the service centre, we did not take the delivery. the service centre authorities are not properly responding. the higher authorities are also not ready to talk with us. when asked for clarifications, they denied to answer.
the set should be replaced and a new set should be given to us with full warranty immediately since the set has already been repaired twice and is under repairing for the third time. the system has been used for only three months.
