I have purchased Micromax Unite 2 mobile from Mobilestore.in an online shopping vendor on 31.05.2014. As per the initial notification, the product has to be delivered by 3rd June which was extended to 8th June. I sent an email on 9th enquirying about the delivery date. There is no response. The telephone number which they have provided on their site 1860-267-xxx never works. We get the message that this number doesn’t exist. By any means we cannot contact the vendor. On my luck on 17th June, I received a phone call from Mobilestore representative informing that the the the phone with black (which i ordered) not available, they can dispatch white if I don’t have any objections. I have given my consent and requested them to dispatch at the earliest. So far I haven’t received the same.
