I purchased a Blackberry Q5 (Sl no- 356969051858724)on dt 3/5/14 when I use the mobile found there is problem with the camera so I contacted BB care through mail.They suggest me to go for SW update after doing update same problem persist so I go to BB service(Galaxy Services) at Bhubaneswar again they updated the SW and again same problem persist. So I handed over the mobile at Bhubaneswar Galaxy Services on Dt. 28/5/14 they told It will take maximum 20 days.Its already crossed 30 days and I am not getting any tentative date from Bhubaneswar BB care.They have given me a Gurgoan phone number, Again I contacted Gurgoan office they told your phone will replaced and it has not come yet and they are not aware when it will come. Again I afraid whether I will get a new or 2nd hand replacement

I want a new phone of same model number and same color immediately or present market price of the particular phone.
