Hi , I got some investigations done from your Preetvihar Branch on 15th july for my Wife . who has to go through a Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy procedure and ”Sir Gangaram Hospital on 17th of july.these investigations were required for that. Doctor had also recommend us to do Insulin PP and Insulin Fasting. We also got this test done from there only. We paid for Insulin PP , showed the invoice the lab assistant at the time of taking sample. It is to my extreme surprise when I go the report today we received the report for Glucose PP. i never expected such Mistakes can happen from such a leading diagnostic chain like Dr Lal. because of this now the entire plan for process (Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy) had gone for a toss. we had an appointment for the doctor tomorrow at 7:30 am Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. I am really ashamed to telll what kind checks balances you have to avoid such incidents . I am surely Going sue Dr Lal pathology Labs in the Court. How a leading diagnostics chain do such a mistakes. Now because of their mistake. i had to pay additional Rs.6200 at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in the Absense of Insulin PP Report. the entire procedure was delayed due to this.Initially i my wife was to be treated in day care.Because of the dealy we take a Room on rent there.
