This mail is with reference to my order no :13966447 dated 19th May,2014 for Induction based non stick dosa tava – H6U18, Code : 1110562 bought from shopclues.com. The product as shown in the specification, a non stick tava, is a defective and cheap product delivered to me. I have used it once with the help of the wooden stick provided in the pack for making dosa and the surface coating started removing in first use itself. Further to state that, within next few days it started corroding both from top and bottom. even the red coating of below surface eroded and became useless.the MRP of this said branded tava was shown as 499 and in special offer provided in Rs 125. I have attached the Images of the packing box showing the MRP price of this product as 140. I am hereby attaching the images of the corroded top and bottom surface of defective item and the pirated non branded box which I have received from their side. I have several times mailed to them regarding this defective item but they reply saying that the item can be refunded/replaced within 10 days of purchase

I want the price of the product and reimbursement of Rs 2000/- for the mental and physical agony caused to me.
