I had ordered 6 kurtis from the site on 26-06-2014 of the brand KARIGARI and on first wash two kurtis got faded.I had raised a complaint regarding the two kurtis and a reverse pickup was scheduled for the same.The executive came and asked for all the 6 kurtis i had ordered.I returned 5 kurtis and 1 kurti was left at my place.Now i have received a refund for only 2 kurtis and for the other three krtis neither the refund nor the return from their end is being processed. I have been calling them since 16 july to track the status of myt complaint and there isn’t any solution for my problem.Everyday they promise a call back or an email but nothing happens.
I want the refund for my other kurtis too.
