I have traveled from Bangalore to Delhi via Indigo Flight no 6E 106 on 15th July 2014 at 8:50 PM booking PNR X9YQWW. I have booked my meals at the time of booking the flights through makemytrip.com, but to my surprise I was not given the meals on board and was told by Flight Attendant my meals were not booked with the Airlines. After reaching Delhi I have called Makemytrip adn they told its the mistakf of airlines call reference no with makemytrip is: IN1407R1S080779. Airlines told they didnot recieve any payments from the Makemytrip regarding meals hence I was not provided with the meals. I raised the concern to makemytrip and I was told I didnot book the meals at all. Its really humiliating in front of fellow passengers on board asking flight attendant that my meals were booked and provide me the same .

My Airfare amount 19076 and Compensation of 50000 Rs for the humiliation in the flight and denial of the facts that my meals were booked and I am suffering mental agony just chasing with Airlines and Makemytrip.This is a big deficiency in services which is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like for a big company like makemytrip.
