I have a complaint against AIRTEL for barring my outgoing services without prior notices to resubmit proof documents. Someone called for address verification one day, I was in a meeting and asked them to call at 5 o’clock. I waited till 5.30pm but no call came, then I went inside office, where mobile usage is restricted, so couln’t attend their call after 5.30. I have seen few other missed calls while I was not near mobile or while I was inside office, I didn’t know the reason for calling. I have taken my phone number in one of my friend’s name and the address given are all true details. AIRTEL might have send me a message asking me to submit documents to avoid barring of my outgoing services. But I didn’t get any such messages. One day they barred my outgoing messages and calls.. I work in night shift and go home at 12.30. I give missed call daily before going home, so that they can open the door for me.. While I tried to give missed call, heard a voice telling me my outgoing services are barred. I don’t know how should I react to this. Due to personal reasons, I was not able to submit documents last five days. I really suffered sooo much without being able to make some emergency calls. These AIRTEL people do not know the consequences of their actions they do without prior information. I went to submit documents today, since it is in my friend’s name, they told I have to wait for two days to get it activated. Why can’t they inform me before they barr my services. I have been an AIRTEL user for more than seven years. They never valued me as a valid customer, I struggled all these days while going home, my parents have to stay awake to receive since my outgoing services are barred without prior notice or message.. I really need a compensation for this, as per standards.. I don’t want any others to face this situation any day. As per LAW. I don’t know what relief they give to frustated customers.. I am really frustated.. They never considered me as a valid customer….
