I have an airtel prepaid connection and my mobile number is 9748692927. Without permission a number of value added services were activated in this phone number. Within a few days my balance became Rs.30 positive to Rs.30 negative for using sevices which I had not used or activated. I had complained to the airtel customer care by talking to the customer care executive for deactivating all the value added services with immediate effect to which they responded but I did not get my balance back. I removed the sim from my phone for 2 months on that very day to avoid further cases like these because this was not the first time that this kind of thing happened with the Bharti Airtel prepaid connections I have. After recharging with Rs.333 afterwards and putting the sim back I found that the services were again activated within these 2 months and my balance is still being deducted. I need my old balance back and need to deactivate these services so that it never gets activated again.I hope that this complain can really solve my problem because I have been truly harassed by such problems quite frequently from Bharti Airtel
