I had moved my household goods vide consignment no RKT000344 dated 19 March 2014 through Agarwal Packer and it was fully insured. There were following problem Late delivery Damage to oven and suitcase. Took 3 months to repair to oven but still it is not working fully.

I have Lost mental peace and there is also loss of material. I demand a Claim amount and compensation of Rs. 10,000. Kindly help me get the same as soon as possible.
