Hi, i am rented at below address for 11 months lease- C/O RAJ KAUR, E-194 Ground Floor, Gali no- 5, Pandav Nagar, Delhi-91 which have the seperate electicity connection ( CA No 150348675), as i am rented here i am paying electicity bill every month. i usually stays at home 10-12 days in a month and getting high volume of bill, i doubted about this and ask from landlord and she said that you have seperate meter and you have to pay whatever is coming. but my doubt got confirmed when i was out of india from 23rd june to 22nd july and my room was locked and electricity was switched off but still i got the 98 reading for that period. i am attaching the bill for that period, now i am sure that BSES is cheating with me. please look into this.

if there are huge reading when home was locked and light were switched off, i am doubt that BSES is cheating in every bill and i had to pay large amount of bill every time.
