Dear Team, I have purchased Airtel 3G dongel and they have committed that i will get 7mbps speed for 3G data and post that i will get 2G speed.But since I have purchased i am getting only 20 to 70kbps speed, For the same i have called many times to customer care but they are not listening and when I contacted with Appellate authority they are saying it will take 90 days.I have register the complain # 57212534 and without resolving they have closed this.And they are not listening my problem. I have already paid for 6 month in advance and they are saying they are not able to provide service and amount can not be refund. Please help me on this as I have already paid in advance and they are not providing services and even not ready to return my money. Please help me on this, I am tired of following up with them I have mailed 8 times to appellate authority but no resolution till now.

I will be happy if they can take back there dongle and refund money after deducting the usage till today’s date.
