Dear Sir, I faced problem. Air tel costumer care did not help me regarding my problem. My problem is that I recharged face book/What’s app pack of 41 Rs. on dated 31/07/14 for cell number 7753942xxxx then i used what’s app after some time I saw that charge is deducting from my main account because I did not get this pack. Then I talked to customer care. They told me that this type of pack is not available in 41 Rs. this will go for 70 local calls minute. I told them that I have seen this pack on your web site so i have recharged it. I can not understand where is the gap of the information about this pack. I am requesting you to please resolve my issue. Please find the attached file for proof of 41 Rs. pack.
