I have purchased Xolo Play handset in september 2013, and with in one month it started showing various problems, then I submitted it to the service center in ghaziabad. After almost 1 month they returned me the set and within next 1 month it again started displaying various problems. Then I again went to service center and this tim ethey took more than 1 month to get the device replaced. Now I am facing similar problems as in previous set, in this new replaced set.

Its 11 months I have purchased this set and three time I have went to service center with major problems. I have not used this set for altogether 3 months in last 11 months. I am fedup now with this set and dont trust Xolo brand anymore now. I have invested 15500/- to purschase this set and being from an average family, this matters a lot to me.
