Hi All, I had purchased HP Slate 6 voice Tab from Flipkart which is official partner of HP products. The product I received was defective from very beginning, when I tried to return the same, Flipkart told me that it can not be returned now as they don’t have return policy. After that I had gone twice to the service center at Aforeserve.com Ltd situated at 223/D, first Floor, Malviya Chowk, DDN highway, Roorkee 247667 with phone no. 01332-312xxx. Still my phone is with this authorized service center and now they are saying they can’t do anything with this defective product neither they are contacting company to change the same. I am really very depressed now as I had gifted the same to my Brother who resides in Saharanpur and he had to visit Roorkee twice for this. Also, the headphone I received was damaged which also company hasn’t changed as yet.
I had purchased the phone as my brother needs it to support his business and now he has to run here and there to get service for his phone even which is not provided properly. this is great mental agony for my family also as it has affected my brother’s business days.
