Subscriber Id – 1009206184 It came to my notice few days back that I have been automatically subscribed to “Active Cooking” since May 2014 for 6 month pack and has been eating up 1 Rs./day. When I called the customer care, all they could tell me was that they had subscribed me to this paid channel since May through a phone call which was made to me which I don’t remember. I asked them to file complaint for the same, Agent gave me this service request reference number 1-31540326230, Yesterday i received call from Tata Sky agent he informed me the pack was activated by mistake of from tata sky and they have refunded me Rs.78/- for the same. This is completely unprofessional and has given me mental harassment. Stern action needed against such type of attitude towards common consumers.
