Saftey issue in Bajaj cooktop

Purchased bajaj cooktop CGX4 on 23/05/10. Cooktop toughned glass broken due to heat of burners. Complaint lodged (no. 9322)& representative informed that it will be replaced. three days later some one from Bajaj called & informed that it will not be replace foc during gurantee period also. Bajaj even not bothered to check the issue of safety (as glass shattered & my wife nearly missed from injury) in their product leave aside replacement of the same. I conatcted Mr. Sanjay (9810990508) of Bajaj many times but there is no solution is provided.
