Micromax – Touch Screen Issue Unresolved

Respected sir/mam. I am Akshay Patel from Ahmedabad. purchased Micromax Canvas Knight A350. I am very disappoint to write you about this phone. I am having some issue with my brand new phone. I think its touch screen this time. I called toll free number of micromax mobile and I waited over half an hour but no answer…I lose 40 Rs from my balance for nothing. Seriously I am fed up with micromax service. I bought this phone ON 27/03/2014 . Vide invoice number: EMP/DEL/2013/5321 . Since I didn’t get any help over phone, I went to service center and they told me that you have leave phone there for 10 days. That’s totally ridiculous. My jobsheet number is: W010324-0714-11168955. Micromax called themself world 10th largest phone manufacture but I am sorry so them guys are ZERO in service. I gave my phone to service center M/s Dev Enterprise, Vastrapur, Mansi Cross Road, Ahmedabad on 29-07-2014, and told me that after 10 days they return my phone to me after change my touchpad and screen. After the committed period of 10 days i contact Dev enterprise , they told me my phone is not still done. and again they was gave me 5 more days time. so on 14-08-2014 Thursday i called them for my phone , they again told me same as above and totally misbehave with me. and shouted on me. and again they committed 10 days to wait. When customer pays full price in return we expect best service and product. Sir i totally frosted by them. because when ever i called them on them committed time they always do nothing and give me one more commitment. sir with your help i asking micromax for refund my pay Rs 19999=00 or my phone.

I am EXPECTING some kind of reimbursement for all this drama. I want quick reply and I want my phone back ASAP or FULL REFUND
