Online Shopping – Service not delivered as per agreement

Service provider claims to deliver the gifts in the city, if needed on specific time given.. We have given as order for delivering a .5kg cake and Balloon as gift to baby to delivered at the below location location. Service provider agreed to deliver this gift before 12 noon i.e 11 AM and has charged Rs999(Including the special charge for specific time delivery) Rishi Vijay FLAT no: 205,51-52, Regent Manor,Horamavu Main Rd,Banswadi Bangalore, KARNATAKA, 560043 India T: 9686581581 But the service provider failed to deliver it. on repeated attempts to call to enquire on status.. he kept giving the false information as reliever was not there at home. But never informed us the status of delivery as well. Finally on the next day we came to know that gift was delivered at 11:45 PM in the night, disturbing receiver in the night and putting our effort in vein to present it as gift. The ways presented was not in line of gift presentation. example cake was completely broken and destroyed and the balloon were not blown but were just given out to hand

Need to get complete amount paid for the service back Need the right compensation for the agony and mental stress we faced and wasted our time in trying to get amicable solution with the service provider
