I ordered for ‘Krishna Jhula” to be delivered to my sister in Delhi as a ‘rakhi gift. My order No. was given as YBH 5728356 dt. 2/8/2014. The order was not executed till today (16/8/2014). Meanwhile, I had spoken to their customer service at least thrice, but all they promised was assurance to ‘process’ my order ‘soon’. They have failed to send the product. I have already paid Rs.1700 through net banking transaction. th amount was collected by CC Avenue and they gave a different order number: YCPQ3589066. I strongly feel that Yebhi.com collected money but has no intention to service my order.

I want my money back. They failed to send the article before ‘Raksha Bandhan’ as I requested them. I want another Rs.5000 from them for suffering ‘loss of face’
