BSNL – Changed Plan Without Intimation

I am a broadband user of bsnl. my plan was bb-home-600 and as per this plan i was getting free usage of 2.5 GB and night free usage from 2.00 am to 8.00 am.I was shocked when i saw my broadband bill for the month of july where they have charged for my night free usages. On approaching bsnl, kota they have informed that bsnl has changed the free usage from 2.00 am to 8.am to concessional plan from july 1 and the change pf paln was communicated in the june bill. Ever since the commencement of online payment of telephone bills by bsnl, i was depositing my bills through online and hence do not bother to wait for the bill to come to my house. they said the only medium they communicated this change of plan was in the bill of june and in no other medium like newspaper, or sms. so bsnl has not properly communicated to consumers about the change and it is really unjust to charge without proper communication. Moreover i would like to mention that even the bill of june was not delivered at my house nor came as mail. Generally they release the bill on 8th of every month. on not seeing the bill at home and in my mail i became suspicious and inquired my neighbors about the delivery of telephone bill of june. They too haven’t received the bill of june. So bsnl has charged un justly without informing the consumer at all. this is highly unjust on the part of bsnl

They should charge as per unchanged plan ss the change of plan was not communicated to the consumers
