Customer Service report Dear Sir, With reference to above subject, I have placed one order to Star CJ c/o M/s Blue Seas International, Franchisee of Star CJ Network India Pvt. Ltd, 128-5/6 and 136-5/6 in Indian Corporation, Mumbai Nasik Highway, Village Gundavali, Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharastra 421302 after watching their live sales offer on Star CJ Network India Pvt. Ltd for CANON Printer MG2570(Printer, Power Cable, USB Cable and Printer Cartridge) with free gift Tenz Multimedia Speakers and TWO No. Laptop Back Bags. Above ordered goods delivered to my residence on 01/08/2014, when package is opened it is found that Two Nos. Laptop Back Bag is not supplied along with the ordered goods. When contacted to star CJ Customer Care No. about Non Delivery of above gift bags, we have been informed by Star CJ Customer care representative we have been informed that we have to register the printer at Canon Printer Official Web site for claiming the above gifts from Canon India Pvt. Ltd as the this offer was directly from CANON India. We have logged in the Canon India site and tried ti register our claim of free gifts but the Canon India Indicated the message this site is temporary no available this time. We had tried to register 5-6 times continuously for 4-5 days during 9-14 August but we could not be able to register and clam the gifts as per offer. Parallel we have also got one more problem with both printer cartridge empty indication after just getting 8-10 print outs. In this regard I have contacted with Star CJ Network customer care and informed them all facts and problem and lodged complain with them. But their customer representative very clearly told us that we have to take up both issues with CANON India Pvt. Ltd at their customer support services, we lodged our official complain with Canon Customer Care for both issues vide complain No. 984621 dated 13/08/2014 and CANON representative visited at our residence and his intimated that we have to purchase new cartridge as the cartridge is supplied only Demo Cartridge which is for very limited print i.e. non standard cartridge for which approximate cost around Rs. 2100/- plus service tax has been informed to me.
