Hi i am using you broadband for the last few months i am facing very frequent disconnections and problem with the connectivity. they are taking very long time to find a solution for the complaint,sometime it takes even weeks also. more over their technical persons are coming and cutting the wires of the other broadband providers(which i kept as a backup).they are very irresponsible and doesn’t even care to do the needful

i want go for a disconnection of the worst broadband service provider but the problem is that they will give only the refundable amount pertaining to the modem. i have recharged for three months validity thinking that the connection is stable. i want my money returned for the payment i made for three months along with refundable amount for the modem
