I took the Connection with Beam Telecom in the month of Feb-2014 and Paid internet charges for 6 months about Rs.6174.00/-. BeamTele has installed a Box in my apartment which will be used to distribute internet to different flats in my apartment. Power for that box was taken from my apartment. While my long discussion with Beam (Mr. Santhosh) on 18th August 2014, agreed to give me Rs. 100.00/- discount in every month’s bill and I changed my subscription from 6 months to 1 month. I was told that prorated amount for 1 month which I need to pay would be : Rs. 898.00 Discount for past 6 months of Power Distribution in my Apartment : Rs. 600. Net I paid on 21st August is 898.00 – 600 = 298.00 Rs. Attaching ack message from Beam Tele On 24th August (Sunday), I got a message from BeamTele that my internet connection was suspended because of Bill Payment due. I called them several time explaining that was the discount amount and probably was not updated in the system and did not got that resolved till date and my internet connection is still in Suspension mode.
I will be charging USD 15.00 an hour and will be available for more than 10 hours a day and my availability has been restricted to 5 hours which I can spend in office daytime. I lost trust with my clients because of non-performance and which was gained over years and again will take some time to gain it back. I am looking for compensation of USD.450 (5.00 per hour * 15 Per Hour * 6 Days ) + 550 USD (which will cost me to gain the customer confidence)
