I placed an order for purchase of Siemens Gigaset Landline Cordless phone on Flipkart Website. Th website showed the productto be in brand new and with two years warranty. I made online payment to flipkart. When I received the goods and checked the same, it came to my notice that the volume of headset was way lower than any other phone. This indicated clearly that the product is defective and not upto its usual expected basic performance. So, I placed a return order on flipkart for the said goods. (Since refund/credit note was not being allowed to be claimed, I had to place an order for return only). To my utter surprise, FLIPKART informs me to contact the eventual seller of those goods. FLIPKART informed me that the seller has blankly denied my return request. FLIPKART further informed me that they would talk to their selected seller, whereafter again FLIPKART reverted stating my return/refund has been denied. FLIPKART has ultimately given me a defective product. And, it is providing ZERO after sales service. FLIPKART has cheated me by giving me defective product.
I want full refund towards such defective product.
