I have ordered 2 pair of shoes in Snapdeal on July 6th and i paid using credit card. I received only one pair after a week. I was surprised and I registered a complaint with them immediately. But I didnt get any reply from them. I used to call them once in 4 days and every time they used to say, they are still looking into it and will be resolved in 2 days. I have called the customer support more than 15 times and its not even toll free number, So i have to spend every time 10-15rs for my calls.
