I Had booked for a refill in the first week of August 2014 and once I got a message stating that the cylinder will be delivered and after that visited the office 4 times and whenever I visit they are saying it will be delivered in 1 day or the same day and inspite of calling the delivery boy many times and whenever we call he is saying in other 5 minutes I will be there. Got tired visiting the office and listening their false statements. Request you to take necessary action against them with immediate effect

I want the cylinder to be delivered immediately and severe disciplinary action should be taken against those fellows
