I requested Vodafone to update my details as you can see in the attached mail as I changed my organization form WIPRO TO IBM however the same was requested earlier(2 years back) also by wipro to vodafone on 8thOct2012 at the time of separation where i provided all the required documents but my number(8586924932) was not converted to personal however my number was active I came to know about this when I requested vodafone to activate GPRS on my mobile last year they said this is a corprotate connection this request should come from your organization. I told that the request was already placed by wipro one year back to convert the number into personal and I am paying the bill since last one year then customer care executive informed me that a repersentavie will come to you and collect the necessary documents and it will not get converted into personal, customer care executive came i handed over the suggested document to him. But after sometime when I called again to activate the GPRS I got the same info that you number is corporate and you can not activate any service on it. Then I left this for some time and purchased a data card as the other option. Now I was coming abroad and I want to activate my international roaming but they told me the same reason this time again and suggested to sent a mail to corporatecare.del@vodafone.com form my new(IBM) official mail id then I will be able to activate the other services(GPRS,ISD roaming), I did the same I sent the mail to suggested mail id(attached for the reference) but instead of updating the details vodafone suspended my number whiteout informing me. Right now I am outside india for one month and my mobile is with my family in india. And I am not able to transfer fund and pay my credit card bills because Bank One Time Password comes on that number(8586924932) but it is suspended and messages are not coming. They are other issue as well you may understand the issues we face without our number but above mentioned is the major one. I am continuously writing to that mail-id(corporatecare.del@vodafone.com) and even today I did chat with vodafone executive(the facility available on vodafone website) but she said she can not do anything in this regard.
