I booked a flat with Vatika Group in June 2009. I was allotted prioty FF/69 for IRIS in their Vatika India Next project in Gurgaon Sector 82. I gave the booking amount and the payment till the payment of earthwork as the payment is construction linked. After 3 years the builder intimated that the block had come under reallottment as a Gail gas pipeline was planned in that area. This is after the group has taken installment of earth work. Then again i was called to select an alternate location which i did. Again when i started inquiring about the status of construction I was again told that the construction at the new location has also not started because a road was adjacent to the block which was yet to be finalized by HUDA. Now when I visited the site , the place where i was allotted the unit was with Vatika but with the farmers and no earthwork had taken place. now again I am being offered some other units.

1. I want that the company to compensate for the total amount which was paid by me for the earthwork and the interest which has accumulated due to the same.And clear my loan amount in full. 2. Allot me a same unit which is nearing completion in the sector where i was earlier allotted. 3. Make a suitable compensation for the period of delay as i was told initially that the possession would be given by 2012 Dec at the time of booking.
