I ordered a Fossil watch through Snapdeal which delivered on the 7th of Jul 2014 and was confirmed to be damaged by snapdeal after sharing pictures of the same. They assured to exchange the product after picking it up post extensive follow-up on the 7th of August. Snapdeal confirmed having received the same on the 12th of August, but i received no update post that. After a series of follow ups, they confirmed they will confirm the status by the 19th of Aug on the refund that I now requested due to the delay. After not receiving any response I called them today again( as I was away and I has intimated them of the same) yet they have no update. by far I have called them multiple times in vain. Also they have put me on hold holds( between 15-22 mins on multiple occassions). i am attaching the email communication with the company and also a mail written to their CEO highlighting the issue but in vain.
My money back and compensation for the extremely poor service and customer dissatisfaction.
